1:1 Somatic Healing Sessions
I am a somatic healer and intuitive guide. I believe that your body holds all of your data, including your emotions, experiences, traumas, conditioning, and stories. In my sessions, I facilitate that relationship between you and your body, so you can learn what your body is holding, trying to tell you, and what it needs.
During these sessions, you will cultivate awareness of your patterns, sensations, reactions, and ways you dissociate, numb, or ignore what is really happening in the body. This awareness allows for real change in your life. Ever wonder why you just can’t seem to make the changes you want to make? The answers lie here, in the body.
This work is not about forcing change. It is about creating safety, presence, and love in the body so that healing can unfold naturally.

What a Session Looks Like
Each session is 50 minutes and follows a gentle, intentional rhythm.
The first 20 minutes
We begin with conversation and attunement. This is where you share what is present for you. What you are moving through. What feels heavy, tender, confusing, or alive. We name emotions, explore patterns, and bring awareness to where you are right now. This time allows your system to feel seen and met.
The next 20 minutes
We move into guided somatic healing. This may include meditation, breathwork, gentle movement, visualization, grounding practices, and supportive touch if appropriate. We work directly with the body and nervous system to shift what you are processing in that moment. This is where integration and release happen, not through effort, but through presence and compassion.
The final 10 minutes
We close with reflection and integration. We give language to what shifted. We anchor insights, sensations, and emotional changes so your body can continue the healing beyond our session.
Each session is unique and guided by what you need that day.

I walk beside you, not ahead of you. I help you name what you feel when words are hard to find and guide you back into your body when you want to leave it. I hold a steady, grounded presence so your nervous system can soften, reorganize, and remember that it is safe now.
