The Joy Revival
A Fall Embodied Fun Retreat
Two Rivers, WI | September 18th - 20th
This Is Not a “Do More Healing Work” Retreat.
This is a come back to life retreat.
I truly believe in the power of play and fun in our healing. We so often forget who we are underneath all of the responsibilities and expectations. Heck, who has time for play??
That is what this weekend is all about. No performing. No waiting on anyone. No expectations. This weekend is about you being you.
Picture this: Laugh until your stomach hurts. Move your body because it feels good. Slumber-party-meets-somatic-healing kind of weekend.
When we stop trying to become better…
When we stop chasing the next version of ourselves…
When we let ourselves play…
That’s when authenticity naturally rises.
Play disarms the nervous system. Movement unlocks stored identity. Laughter melts shame. Fun reconnects us to who we were before the world told us who to be.
And this fall, we’re doing it together.
The Vibe & What to expect
The vibe is cozy small-town energy with indoor pool parties, slow woods walks and curated picnic plates, a little axe throwing, and slumber party nights filled with makeovers, late-night snacks, deep belly laughter, and authentic connection.
It’s playful. It’s warm. It’s a little wild and a lot of fun. This weekend is about somatic healing through joy, through movement, through play, through letting yourself loosen up and come alive again. Because healing doesn’t always have to be heavy.
This is for the woman who:
Is craving connection without performance
Wants to feel playful again
Is ready to move her body without it being about fitness
Misses laughing until she cries
Knows healing can also feel like joy
Why this matters
So many of us are exhausted from holding it all together and doing all the things for everyone else. Somatic healing reminds us that the body does not regulate through productivity. It regulates through safety, connection, laughter, movement, and expression.
This weekend is a reset for your nervous system, a chance to return to authenticity through joy. When you allow yourself to play, you access creativity, reclaim your identity, release stored tension, strengthen connection, and feel alive again.
This weekend is not frivolous. It is medicine.

What Others Are Saying
-
I experienced the healing power of being around other women who are also on a journey to go inward, take time for themselves and are looking for something more. The routine and time spent in guided meditations, journaling and sharing vulnerable moments felt very meaningful. Being in nature felt meaningful as did the burning of things I wanted to release. The rituals were deeply meaningful to me.

It was extremely supportive in all [emotional, energetic, and physical] areas. The group of women blended soo seamlessly it quickly became a group of old friends! The amount of support and community letting me know I was on the right track and needed to continue to do the work. I feel so blessed to have been a part of it, thank you so much for the opportunity!!!

First, just having someone take care of all the food was incredibly nurturing. Also we really bonded as a group and we were all holding this beautiful space for each other. I felt safe to express my emotions. Energetically the 1 on 1 session was very powerful. The fire ceremony felt very freeing and also connecting at the same time because of the group element. The group hugs were the best.
