The Playful Self
A 60-Day Self-Connection Adventure
As we “grew up,” we were pushed to be responsible, productive, and serious. We forget what it feels like to be curious, spontaneous, and fully ourselves.
But play isn’t just for fun. It is actually quite transformative. When we allow ourselves to move, laugh, explore, and imagine without judgment, our barriers get broken down, fear and self-doubt quiet, and space is created for the real you.
Through play, we reconnect with our body, our desires, our true identity. We remember what lights us up, what makes us feel alive, and what we may have buried under years of responsibilities and expectations. Play awakens creativity, invites authenticity, and reminds us that joy is not just a luxury.
In this container, you’ll have the chance to step out of routine, release what no longer serves you, and rediscover yourself in a space of curiosity, freedom, and connection. Because when you play, you don’t just have fun. You actually find yourself again.
Somewhere along the way, you forgot to have fun
“We don’t stop playing because we grow old; we grow old because we stop playing.” — George Bernard Shaw
“Play keeps us vital and alive. It gives us an enthusiasm for life that is irreplaceable.” — Diane Ackerman
The purpose of this container
This container allows you to reconnect with your identity, your desires, and your authentic self. Over 60 days, through playful experiences, community, and guided meditations, you’ll cultivate a deeper connection to yourself, your identity, and your purpose.
Through in-person activities like roller skating, axe throwing, hiking, and more, you’ll step out of routine, release old barriers, and explore joy, curiosity, and freedom. Each activity has been intentionally chosen to help you rediscover your authentic voice, your body’s intelligence, and the parts of yourself that often get buried in everyday life.
Alongside these experiences, you’ll receive guided Yoga Nidra meditations. Yoga Nidra is a powerful practice of deep relaxation and self-inquiry. It allows you to connect with your body and subconscious mind while resting in a state between wakefulness and sleep. It’s a tool you can return to again and again at home, helping you release stress, reconnect with your desires, and anchor into your identity whenever you need it.
By combining play, reflection, and somatic meditation, this container creates a safe and joyful space to remember, reclaim, and embody your true self, so that you leave feeling lighter, freer, and fully alive.
