This guided meditation experience allows you to step away from the constant doing, fixing, and holding everything together. You get to release the weight of the world, the to-do list, and all of the stress, and settle into peace.

There is nothing for you to do here. You simply arrive, are cared for, supported, and guided through this experience.

The KARDIA Method is a heart-centered awareness process that helps people release stored emotional patterns and reconnect to their inner truth, clarity, and self-trust. By guiding attention into the heart as a portal of awareness, buried emotions surface, the body releases what it has been holding, and people reconnect to their own inner authority.

This experience is based on this modality, guiding you through deep healing, without any heavy lifting. It is meant to be luxurious, so at the end you feel lighter, freer, and at peace.

Your KARDIA experience

You will be comfortably reclined with cozy blankets in a softly lit space that encourages deep relaxation. During the meditation you may receive gentle supportive elements such as:

• Hand & scalp massage
• Aromatherapy
• Soothing 528hz frequency music
• Essential oil water mist
• Grounding chocolate

Every detail is intentionally created to help your body settle and your mind soften.

This experience blends the calm of a meditation practice with the restorative atmosphere of a spa.

Your KARDIA Kit

Clients who commit to the four-session Kardia package receive a Kardia Kit to support their work between sessions. This kit includes:

• a rose quartz crystal for grounding and heart awareness
• a small reflection journal for integration
• guided Kardia breath instructions

The Kardia Kit becomes a physical reminder to pause, return inward, and reconnect with the heart.

Healing Through the Heart

Kardia comes from the Greek word for heart. The heart is more than a physical organ. It is the center of our emotional experience and the place where many of our stories, memories, and feelings live in the body.

The body holds all of your stories, conditioning, experiences, and trauma. It holds the stress, the unprocessed emotions, and the pressure to keep going. Over time, this causes dis-ease, dysregulation, pain, burnout, and overwhelm.

The KARDIA Method gently guides you through processing, releasing, and healing through the heart. It utilizes breath, guided meditation, and body awareness to reconnect with what the body has been holding.

Instead of pushing through life, this method allows you to pause and listen. In this space, the body begins to release tension, emotions, and stress. You’re able to move into clarity, peace, and your SELF.

This isn’t about doing anything to heal. Your body knows exactly what it needs. This experience is about allowing the body the space to feel, to release, and be.

The KARDIA Framework

The KARDIA Experience unfolds across four guided meditations You get to decide how you travel through them. You are able to book these four sessions individually or as a package to receive a discount and your KARDA kit. Each session takes you a little deeper into relaxation, awareness, and emotional release. After each session, you feel lighter, more whole, and at peace.

Meditation One | Arriving in the Body

In this first session we are bringing awareness into the body and into the heart space. You get to reconnect with your breath and begin opening the space of the heart. It’s an exploration, a starting point, and an opportunity to rest. Many people feel immediate relief simply from pausing and allowing themselves to settle.

Meditation Two | Deepening connection & awareness

Now that you have started this conversation with your self, we deepen this exploration into your heart. You’ll explore emotions with gentleness, allowing what’s been held to flow naturally. Breath, imagery, and subtle movement help the heart and body soften. You’ll leave feeling lighter, freer, and more at peace.

Meditation Three | Release and Letting Go

By the third meditation the body knows what to expect and often feels safer to release what it has been holding. We go deeper, uncovering core patterns, stories, and emotions that have been weighing you down. With support from the breath, gentle touch, and guided imagery, emotions can move fully while the body integrates the release. By the end, heaviness softens, and you leave feeling clear, relieved, and light.

Meditation Four | Integration and Peace

In this final meditation, you’ll connect with the spaciousness and freedom of your heart. Lightness, hope, and clarity expand through your body and mind. You’ll leave with a renewed sense of self, a lighter heart, and practical tools to carry this freedom forward.

What If My Mind Keeps Wandering?

I have heard this statement so many times.. “I can’t meditate, my mind doesn’t stop.” And I totally get that and you’re not alone. The mind wanders. It’s what it does. You do not have to be good at meditation to benefit from this experience.

During the KARDIA Experience I will gently guide you through the meditation and periodically bring your awareness back to the breath, the body, and the heart. There will be moments of quiet, but you will always have guidance to help you return to the present moment.

Each time your mind wanders and you come back to awareness, you are strengthening your ability to be present. This is the practice that you get to do. It is not about emptying the mind, but more about learning how to come back.

Over time this becomes a gift you carry into everyday life. A greater sense of calm, clarity, and steadiness begins to emerge.

How to book your KARDIA Session

For greater accountability, a discount on the sessions, and your KARDIA kit, purchase the four-part KARDIA Experience. I highly recommend booking your sessions 1-2 weeks apart right away, if possible. You will get the most out of these sessions if you time them this way.
