From the moment you arrive, everything is taken care of for you. You don’t need to plan, bring, or figure anything out. You just get to show up.

We’ll move slowly. We’ll breathe. We’ll connect with nature and with what’s present inside of you.

You’ll leave feeling clear, lighter in your body, and deeply connected to yourself and to the world around you.

10:00 – 10:30 AM | Arrival + Opening Circle
Ease into the space with guided introductions, intention setting, and a gentle arrival into your body.

10:30 – 11:30 AM | Grounded Nature Walk
A slow, mindful walk through the park to reconnect with the earth, your breath, and your body.

11:30 AM – 12:00 PM | Nourishing Picnic
Enjoy a curated charcuterie spread and refreshing beverages in a relaxed, open setting.

12:00 – 1:00 PM | Meditation + Integration
A guided meditation followed by space to reflect, journal, and integrate what’s come through.
