What is Somatic Healing?

Somatic means the mind-body connection. So often we get stuck in our heads. We think constantly!! When we slow down and connect with the body, we can truly feel our emotions, discover the root of our limiting beliefs, and process what is stored in the body that needs to be released.

To do this, we use Somatic tools like meditation, breathwork, sound, touch, movement, you can learn to connect mind to body so you can move through life with more awareness.

Once we uncover the false stories and limiting beliefs that need to be rewritten, we then open up the opportunity for you to discover your true self. It is then that you get to live authentically with peace, ease, & joy!

Past experiences, how you were raised, family situations, society expectations, etc. all shape the person you are today. BUT that person probably isn’t the real you.

The real you is buried underneath all of the expectations, beliefs, false stories, traumas, & experiences that have happened over the course of your life. This starts at a very young age! 

What somatic healing does for you is helps you uncover the real you underneath all of that bullshit. 

It is like peeling an onion, layer by layer, until you get to the core of who you are. 

On the way, you learn how to set boundaries that help you protect your true self.  You learn what your real passions and desires are for this life. You release the shame, guilt, and fear associated with showing your authentic self to this world.

What does Somatic Life Coaching look like?

The Somatic Life Coaching Package is a 90 Day program which includes:

  • 7 Bi-weekly Coaching Calls (In-person or Virtual Available)

  • Text & Voice Support via Voxer for the full 90 Days

During these calls we…

Discuss what you have going on currently in life and your past experiences & traumas you’ve had. We take these and use them during the somatic exercises in our session.

You will experience meditation & breathwork while I ask questions to allow you to dig deeper into the sensations you’re experiencing (aka emotions you are feeling.)

You will discover the limiting beliefs, false stories, expectations that have conditioned you to feel the way that you do. Using breathwork and self-touch, you’ll be guided to process and release the emotions that are stored in the body.

Afterwards, we take time to reflect while I support and guide you through what you experience in your session. Homework (such as journaling) will be given to help you apply what you discovered to your day-to-day life.

What is a Connection Call?

This first free call is the time for us to feel each other out, to make sure we are the right fit for each other. It also is a time for you to share all of the things going on in your life so we have a good foundation to use for our working together.
