This is a 6-month private coaching partnership designed to help you create meaningful change by working with both your mind and your body. This package includes 6 monthly 1:1 calls and Voxer Support between sessions.
Somatic life coaching helps you understand why you feel stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or uncertain. Instead of only talking through your challenges, we'll learn to recognize how your nervous system, emotions, beliefs, and past experiences are influencing the decisions you make today.
Together, we'll create a space where you can show up exactly as you are. There is no judgment here. My role is to help you slow down, become aware of what's really happening beneath the surface, offer honest feedback and new perspectives, and support you in making decisions that are aligned with the life you want to create.
This isn't about someone telling you what to do with your life. It's about helping you reconnect with yourself so you can trust your own direction with greater clarity and confidence. Every conversation ends with practical next steps so you continue building momentum between our sessions.
