Over the last few weeks, as winter came in strong and the holidays brought space for my own reflection, this new container came to me, I believe, from Spirit. As I reflect on 2025 and look ahead to 2026, what I believe we need more of is space to heal, to be, to remember who we really are outside of all of the noise.

I believe my purpose in this lifetime is to hold space for you. It’s a gift I hold very sacred, and one I feel deeply honored to offer. Holding space is not about fixing, guiding, or telling you who to be—it’s about creating a field of safety where you can arrive exactly as you are and be met with presence, respect, and care. When you are held in this way, your body begins to soften, your truth has room to surface, and healing unfolds naturally, without force. This is the work I am devoted to: walking beside you as you shed what no longer belongs to you and remember who you’ve always been beneath it all.

With that, I want to welcome you into Being Held—a six-month sacred container where you are invited to arrive exactly as you are, gently release what you’re ready to shed, and remember yourself, your authenticity, and your power. This space is rooted in deep nourishment, safety, and care, while also holding a quiet strength, an invitation to stop shrinking, take up space, and reclaim what’s yours. My role here is to offer steady love and presence, alongside the kind of encouragement that reminds you who you are and supports you in living from that truth.

Over the span of 6-months, we will meet over 12 live Zoom calls and inside our private WhatsApp community to create a steady, supportive rhythm of presence, healing, and integration that allows you to be seen, supported, and gently guided back to yourself over time.

Our systems are overloaded daily with information, “shoulds”, and expectations. Information is great. You can learn all about the nervous system, somatics, energy healing, etc. in so many spaces. You can read the books, watch the videos, buy the journals, but healing takes time. It is called a healing journey for a reason.

In this container, you’re invited into a steady, supportive environment where you can rest, soften, and do that journeying alongside others. With knowledgeable guidance, sacred space, and a small, intentional community, you don’t have to rush or do it alone. Here, healing isn’t something you perform; it’s something you’re held through.

THE being held EXPERIENCE

This container is held with both intention and flexibility. There is a clear outline for our time together, because your nervous system deserves to know what to expect and to feel held by structure. At the same time, this is a living, responsive space. While each call has a theme, the way we move through it is guided by intuition and by what the group needs in that moment. This balance allows for both safety and flow, offering enough predictability to settle, while leaving room for what is ready to emerge, shift, or be tended to along the way.

The outline is not something to complete or keep up with. It is simply a gentle map that supports the journey while honoring that healing is not linear and cannot be rushed or forced.

Call 1 – Opening the Circle
Arriving, grounding, and establishing safety within the container. Setting intentions and community agreements, and beginning to build trust in the space and in yourself.

Call 2 – Coming Home to the Body
Reconnecting with the body as a place of safety. Gently noticing where you hold tension, guard, or disconnect, and inviting presence back in.

Call 3 – What You’ve Been Carrying
Exploring the emotional, energetic, and relational weight you’ve learned to hold. Creating space for acknowledgment without pressure to release.

Call 4 – Letting the System Soften
Supporting the nervous system in slowing down and unwinding. Learning what rest feels like when it’s safe and supported.

Call 5 – Being With What’s Tender
Meeting emotions, memories, and sensations with compassion. Allowing feelings to be witnessed without needing to fix or move through them quickly.

Call 6 – Releasing the Need to Perform
Letting go of roles, expectations, and identities that no longer serve. Exploring who you are beneath productivity and self-protection.

Call 7 – Listening Inward
Reconnecting with intuition and inner knowing. Learning to trust subtle signals from the body and inner voice.

Creating space for authentic expression. Exploring boundaries, voice, and what it feels like to be seen without explanation or justification.

Redefining power as grounded presence rather than force. Feeling into what it means to take up space from a regulated, rooted place.

Noticing how change has already been happening. Supporting integration so insights and shifts can live in your day-to-day life.

Exploring how safety and self-trust move with you beyond the container. Strengthening your ability to return to yourself when life feels challenging.

Honoring the journey, the community, and what has unfolded. Gently closing the container while supporting you in carrying this sense of being held forward.

  • Life happens. The live calls are designed to anchor the container, but if you can’t attend a session, all calls are recorded and shared so you can watch or listen at your own pace. Even if you miss a week, the container continues to support you. The medicine isn’t lost, and you are still part of the flow.

  • Our private WhatsApp group is a gentle, supportive space to stay connected between calls. You can share reflections, ask questions, or simply receive presence and witness from the group. Participation is optional. You are never required to post or engage. The space exists for you to feel held, seen, and supported on your own terms.

  • Not at all. While these tools may be mentioned or lightly practiced, this container is not a class or technical training. You don’t need prior experience or knowledge. The focus is on being held, supported, and present, learning happens naturally as part of the experience.

  • No. Being Held is a living container, not a step-by-step curriculum. There is structure and intention, but there is no requirement to “finish” or achieve a certain outcome. Healing unfolds in its own time, and your presence alone is enough.
