My role is to help carry some of that weight. I bring a unique combination of business strategy, operational experience, creative problem-solving, and a deep understanding of the emotional side of entrepreneurship. I know that the decisions we make in business are often influenced by our confidence, our experiences, and the stories we carry about success, growth, and what we're capable of. While our work will always be grounded in practical action, I also create space for those conversations because they often unlock the clarity needed to move forward.

I absolutely love bringing ideas to life. Whether it's building a website, planning a retreat, creating a new offer, organizing a launch, or mapping out a business strategy, I genuinely enjoy taking what feels overwhelming and turning it into a clear, actionable plan.
As a business owner myself, I understand the many roles you play. Over my 12+ years of entrepreneurship, I've built websites, created programs, hosted retreats and tons of events, managed communities, launched offers, marketed services, and navigated the countless moving pieces that come with running a business.
My background as a coach and healer has also shaped how I work with people. While my role today is focused on business management and support, those experiences taught me that business owners are carrying too much on their own. They're trying to be the CEO, project manager, website designer, event planner, marketer, customer service department, and visionary all at the same time.
That's where I come in.
I believe the world needs more people doing meaningful work. I believe coaches, healers, and retreat leaders create incredible impact when they're able to focus on what they do best. My goal is to help make that possible by taking some of the behind-the-scenes responsibilities off their plate.
There's nothing I love more than seeing someone bring a dream to life. Being able to play a small part in helping another business owner grow, serve more people, and spend more time doing work they love is incredibly rewarding.
