Between sessions, you’re not left on your own to figure it out. You have ongoing WhatsApp support, with consistent check-ins from me, so you’re held inside the process as things come up. When something surfaces, when you feel stuck, when you’re in a moment where you would normally spiral or second-guess, you don’t have to sit in it alone. You get to bring it into the space, be seen in it, and move through it in real time.

This is my 12-module self-paced program designed to walk you through the deeper layers of the work we’re doing together. EBA is where we explore the core embodied wounds that show up in your business and begin to shift them at the root.
